Good morning Michael

With interest I have been listening to the podcast of your Hayhouse radio show on time management of February 22.

In the show you mention you personally do not believe in procrastination.

You mention that procrastination is more likely to be one of the following:
  • Inertia
  • Learned helplessness

Thinking of it I guess there must be more alternatives to the two you mentioned. Would you be so kind as to share them with us? For me it is a new angle to approaching procrastination, something I have come across quite a few times in my work.

Look forward to hearing from you

Hey, Chris -

Here's the quick version:

1. Inertia
2. Learned Helplessness
3. Resistance
4. Forcing the flow
5. Chasing the wrong goal

I talk about each of them in more depth in the book "You Can Have What You Want" (insert shameless plug here!  Cheesy

Happy exploring,
michael

Michael,

Thank you for your response. I have ordered the book at Amazon some days ago and look forward to reading it.

Keep on plugging. When is your next book due?

Keep up the good work

And as if by magic- Michael appeared!

I have a client at the moment who is procrastinating like there's no tomorrow (is that an oxymoron?)

Was getting a bit stuck with her but now I'll have a listen to the show and see what resonates!

Thanks!
