Natural Confidence - When do you know you create value, as a coach?

Hi Michael and all other coaches

In the show about confidence Michael told a caller, that he himselv needed to know that he created value for his client in order for him to be "in love" with his salary.

Here is my question:

I am a coach, but seem to keep bumping into the feeling that I am NOT creating enough value for my clients.
I do get /the clients gets really great results. I can see it, but I still feel scared that I do NOT creat enough value.
That sometimes makes me talk people out of hireing me as a coach. Because I feel so much pressure to create value.
It creates such stress and I just want peace and confidence and a wonderful playfull business.

So how do I get to feel that I create value (enough) for my clients?
