Did you try the exercise this week? What topic did you decide to try it with?
I tried my daughters name since I was feeling a little out of sync with her.
I realized I actually know alot about her and the best ways to parent this individual.
It made me feel more confident in my parenting decisions. (additionally it brought up warm fuzzies of some things I had forgotten) Thank you Michael!
