Tom, I think you were fearless for posting regardless! Riff, Wow! great way to use the forum! 
I like the way you broke them down into much easier things. When I have big goals sometimes they seem so overwhelming. but if I can find one thing to do every day that moves me in the direction of the big goals - all seems possible.
