If participation in the course is withdrawn before September 30, 2009, a full refund of both deposit and payments received to date will be made. 

If participation in the course is withdrawn after September 30th but before November 30, 2009, a refund of the deposit and payments received to date will be made less a $500 administration fee.

If participation in the course is withdrawn after November 30th but before December 31, 2009, a refund of the deposit and payments received to date will be made less a $1500 administration fee.

If participation in the course is withdrawn after December 31, 2009, a refund of the deposit will not be made, however any payments received beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.

If participation in the course is withdrawn after January 15, 2010, no refund will be issued.

If a 90 minute coaching session is scheduled with Michael Neill as part of a promotion for the first to join the program, and the coaching is received and the participant subsequently withdraws from the program, Genius Catalyst will retain $2500.00 for payment of that coaching session in addition to the terms above.
